Fourmars Space Mining Company has been in development for three years and once we begin public operations will be a privately-held and owned For Profit company, possibly headquartered in Ireland. We anticipate Fourmars will be a world business. Final destination to be determined by a 75% vote of the stockholders.

If formed in the United States the initial company may choose to comply with IRS SubChapter S rules which limits the number of owners to 100 which may modify the information below. The company will continue to be initially self-funded.

Leader 

  1. President and CEO
    1. Compensation: 51% of the founders stock, one vote
    2. Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends

Senior Managers

  1. Chief Financial Officer
    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote 
    2. Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends
  2. Chief Legal Counsel
    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote 
    2. Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends
  3. Social Media Master
    • Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote 
    • Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends
    • Royalties: 51% of net revenue from the individual’s patents and licensed agreements
  4. Chief Pastoral Counselor and HR Director
    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote 
    2. Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends
  5. Chief Roboticist
    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote 
    2. Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends
    3. Royalties: 51% of net revenue from the individual’s patents and licensed agreements
  6. Chief Rocket Scientist
    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote

    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote

  10. Manufacturing Manager
    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote 
    2. Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends

  11. Master Farmer and Gardener
    1. Compensation: 4% of the founders stock, one vote 
    2. Salary: an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends

  12. Founders, 5% total founders stock share 
    • Mark Fowler, David Virtue, and three additional founders to be determined 
    • Compensation: each founder 1% of the founders stock, one vote each 

Initial Shareholder Employees 

Our first workers will be company family members and together will own 75% of the initial common stock offering, with the remaining 25% owned by investors who also agree to become company family members and abide by the Family Charter. If this formula is followed we will not qualify for US IRS Subchapter S status.

  1. Compensation: each of the first 75 employees will own 1% of the initial common stock offering. Price per share to be determined. Each has one vote.
  2. Salary: Salary: each employee will receive a monthly salary plus an equal share in net income after tax plus stock dividends
  3. Royalties: 51% of net revenue from the individual’s patents and licensed agreements
